  1. LUNGS –
    • Deep breathing
    • Aerobic exercise
    • Yoga
    • Good posture
  2. SKIN –
    • Dry body brushing
    • Sweating
    • Wearing cotton clothing (natural fibers)
  3. KIDNEYS –
    • Drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses in-between meals, ½ hour before and 1-2 hours after meals; drink at least a total of one gallon each day)
