PROGRAM FOR VIBRANT HEALTH has some main components starting with Elimination:
ELIMINATION through the bowels is the #1 priority
- Squat as a posture of elimination (using the Welles Step, Life Step, or step stool)
- Daily, squat as an exercise and lie upside down on a slant board, or equivalent, for at least 30 minutes
- Honor the call of nature, cultivate one bowel movement after each meal
- Do abdominal and colon exercises and incorporate good posture daily.
- Take some Multi-Strain Probiotic with Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Lactobacillus Bifidus in your diet daily. At least one with 10 strains and added Prebiotics.
- Diet should include lots of roughage and fiber (fruits, vegetables and non-gluten grains, quinoa, amaranth, millet and whole grain rice).
