Food Combining & Portioning

Steak and mashed potatoes, crazy sushi rolls, scrambled eggs with toast and bacon… these classic meals are examples of why we are all having weight issues and stubborn weight loss.

After eating with improper food combining you might experience bloating or feel gassy, dehydrated or tired. Eating all proteins, starches, carbs, fruit all together is violating all the principles of food combining.

So when you properly food combine, be sure to properly portion as well! Over eating with properly combined foods is ALSO a no-no.

Im eating a salad with quinoa and no protein -so Im going to have 2 cups of cooked quinoa. This is enough to feed a few people – so fill up that plate with veg and have the recommended serving of quinoa ONLY.

Don’t be tricked into over eating and not proper combining – when you marry these two principles, you will feel better instantly! And your body will reward you!
