Gluten Free Grains

Most people find whole grains are a hearty and healthy way to change up their meals. However, the millions of people who can’t properly digest gluten must choose their grains carefully.


Gluten is a protein in wheat that nowadays is so heavily processed and mass produced in a genetically modified way, that our bodies just don’t have the ability to process it properly.

Luckily, mother nature DID produce grains we can eat and those include the following:

  • Buckwheat
  • Corn
  • Millet
  • Quinoa
  • Rice
  • Sorghum
  • Teff
  • Wild Rice
