Balsamic Dijon Baked Salmon

Cook Time: 20 mins
- 2 lbs Salmon
- 1/4 cup organic Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Braggs Liquid aminos
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Braggs apple vinegar
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dill
- Cayenne to taste
-Combine all ingredients except salmon in a bowl and whisk together.
-Place evenly portioned cuts of salmon in a bag or container.
-Pour the liquid mixture over the salmon, turn to coat, seal, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
-Pre heat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet.
-Place salmon, skin side down on baking sheet and bake 12-15 mins, or until cooked through, ladling more marinade over each cut half way through cooking.
-Serve with greens of choice for a nutrient dense, sugar free dinner!
