  3. Exercise, relax and minimize stress. I recommend walking 30 minutes daily, meditation, yoga, dancing, tai chi, qigong, deep breathing exercises, relaxing techniques, weekly massage, chiropractic adjustments, soft music, and soaking in a hot tub.
  4. No smoking!   It has been shown that smokers have twice as many heart issues then non-smokers.
  5. Consume minimal alcohol.  Red Wine in moderation is considered to be ok but hard liquor should be eliminated.
  6. Maintain a consistent internal cleansing program.
  7. Develop a positive attitude. Create good positive thoughts, intentions and postulates.
