We all need a sweet treat after a savory smorgasbord! But staying on track and eating right usually makes us think we can’t. But we can! Try making these little chocolate cubes for your guests! Flavored with cacao and sweetened with stevia your body won’t even know it’s something sweet!
Serves: 12 Cubes
- 1-1/2 cups grated raw cacao butter
- 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple or agave syrup (grade B is best) Or
- 1/4 of a tsp. of Dr. Bo’s Stevia or to taste
- 1 tsp. of vanilla powder
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
Fill a large bowl with hot water. Float a smaller bowl on the hot water. Add the cacao butter and coconut oil until thoroughly melted. Add the raw cacao, maple syrup or stevia and vanilla.
Thoroughly mix and pour into moulds (you can use ice cube trays). Set in the fridge or freezer. Eat cubes as chocolate snack.
Optional: Can sprinkle a variety of nuts or seeds, according to blood type, on top.
