Turkey BLT Wrap

Sandwichs and wraps really hit the spot when you’re hungry and keep things simple without a knife and fork – but if you are doing a big spread, having several options and want a healthier trick – try omitting the bread and using lettuce instead! Make these in advanced for stress free YUM!



Serves: 2 Wraps


  • Grilled or Sliced Turkey
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 2 large Romaine Leaves
  • Tomatoes of your choice sliced or Dr. Bo’s Tomato Alternative Paste
  • Roast Garlic Mayonnaise
  • Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste




First cook the turkey bacon until crisp and set aside.


Then take the romaine leaves and spread some mayo and layer in the turkey, turkey bacon and tomato or tomato paste (according to your blood type). Sprinkle with Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink salt to taste.


For paste take 1 tablespoon of Dr. Bo’s Tomato Alternative power and mix with Dr. Bo’s olive oil or water to a nice consistency for spreading.
