- 4 Peaches, cut in wedges
- 1 container of Raspberries
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Dr.Bo’s Cocoa Syrup
Set the oven to 350°F, then while heating up place all the ingredients in a bowl & toss to coat put in a Pyrex glass dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and it starts to bubble. Let cool slightly and then serve.
I think these 2 fruits are sweet enough once baked, but drizzle with Dr.Bo’s Cocoa Syrup for a special sweet touch!
- Best eaten alone but combines fairly well with either acid or sweet fruit but not together.
- Does not combine well with melons, all vegetables, starches, grains, pulses (beans and legumes) and proteins
